What do the shoe trends have in store for us this Spring 2022. Well, the colors and silhouettes for sure will make their big debuts this season ahead. The trends we have narrowed in on truly make a statement and some will make your whole outfit. Some of the styles you may be excited to see and wear and some you may be wondering, “How are these back in style?” These spring shoes for women trends do though offer something for everyone, and we have found some great affordable options in each category.
The runways showed us some of the top trending styles which are bold colors, platform heels, big soles, lace ups and clogs. Some of these styles we have seen before, but this spring they have added variations to make them unique to 2022. Sculptural elements, different silhouettes and some of the styles blending together make this a season made for fashion. We can’t wait to show you the trending options we found.
Spring Shoes for Women Trends
Bolds
Spring fashion this season is all about the bold colors. We are loving all of the bright colors being shown this season! So, it is no wonder shoes are also taking a bold approach. Think canary yellow, neon green, hot pink and bright orange if you are looking for a bold shoe. These shoes will make a huge statement with your outfit (you can’t miss them) so pair them with a more neutral outfit for an understated yet bold look.
Platforms
Platforms. Every short girl’s dream! The platforms this season are high, and we mean high! Pair them with a short skirt and your legs will look longer than life! They are showing up everywhere in slides, wedges and sandals with chunkier heels and sky-high versions. They will elevate your look and are the ultimate party shoe! Just strut with care so you aren’t the laughing stock of the party!
Big Sole Sandals
So, if you are looking for the height in a shoe, but can’t wrap your head around wearing the sky-high platforms, these big sole sandals will be your best friend this season. They are comfy and friendlier on the foot. Some are a cloud material or jelly-like material and just overall comfortable. Some have straps and some are slides, but these would be great for an everyday or casual look.
Lace Ups
Lace ups debuted last summer and are sticking around for this spring season. They come in heeled or flat versions, ankle laces or knee length laces and come in so many different colors. They give such a trendy touch to your outfit, and we are still here for them! Perfect for vacation, a night out on the town or a super trendy look.
Clogs
Clogs. I know what you are thinking. Clogs, seriously? They have become more trendier than their older counterparts though. The materials are different this spring with clogs being featured in suede, animal hide, leather with rivets and wood bottoms. Paired with the right outfit for the right occassion, some of these clogs would be super cute to wear! We promise.
